Ansman & Associates Architects has been commission-
ed on two occasions to prepare drawings and specifica-
tions for exterior and interior additions and alterations to
this popular restaurant located on Route 8, South of But-
ler.  Additions included a new two story elegant dining
area with exposed wood beams, loft, and massive stone
fireplace; a new full service commercial kitchen; and a
large private dining hall, and office area.  Exterior
included new stucco finish, roofing, and signage.
