The Northern Building is a new three-story 16,800 square
foot office facility to be constructed on Warrendale-Bayne
Road at the intersection of Route 19, Perry Highway,
Warrendale, PA. Construction on this $1,200,000 Class
"A" Office Facility is scheduled to begin in late February
2002. The project features a dramatic marble tile glass
entrance elevator-lobby with a floating stair, water
fountain, skylight and elegant chandelier.
